Accessibility

0needs wants everyone to be able to browse, buy and get help here. We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA and keep checking. If something is in your way, email hello@0needs.com and we will fix it or find another way to get you what you need.

What we do

• Text keeps at least a 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio against its background, and buttons are at least 44 pixels tall on touch screens.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone: visible focus, a skip link, no traps.
• Product photos carry descriptive alt text and videos never auto-play.
• Motion is small and turns off when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Forms label every field and say what went wrong in words, not colors.

Known limits

• Some supplier product videos have no captions. Everything in them is also written on the page.
• Checkout runs on Stripe, whose accessibility statement applies there.

Tell us

We test with screen readers and keyboard only, but real use finds more. Reports get a reply within two business days.
