Where orders ship from
Every product is stocked and packed at our partner warehouses, most of them overseas. That is why delivery takes a couple of weeks and prices stay low.
How long it takes
Orders are packed within 2 business days and arrive 11 to 18 business days after that, about 15 to 25 calendar days door to door. The delivery estimate on the product page and at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
What it costs
$4.99 flat rate to any US address, free on orders over $40.00. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Duties and customs
Prices include import duties. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the day your order leaves the warehouse, and it also shows on the Track an order page. Tracking can take 2 to 4 days to show the first scan after it ships.

US addresses only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes.
Delays, address changes and lost packages
If tracking has not moved for 10 days, or the order is past its estimate, email us and we will chase it or replace it. Address changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering. If tracking shows delivered and the package is missing, tell us within 7 days.
