Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed the day your order leaves the warehouse. You can also look it up on the Track an order page with your email and order number.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 11 to 18 business days. The exact estimate shows on every product page and again at checkout, before you pay.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate to any US address, and free on orders over $40.00.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. See the Returns page for the steps.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a refund. No need to ship it back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that the order is usually already packed. If it is, you can still return it once it arrives.
What payment methods do you take?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. 0needs never sees your card number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
