Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are the deal between you and 0needs when you use this site or buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian's permission, and you must give a real US shipping address and a working email.

Products and prices

Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Shipping and tax show at checkout before you pay. We try to keep listings accurate, and photos are of the real product, but colors and small details can vary by batch.

If a price or listing is wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full, and we will tell you why.

Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when payment clears with Stripe. Until then we can decline it, for example when fraud checks fail or an item runs out. Declined or cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders ship from our partner warehouses, most of them overseas. Typical delivery is 15 to 25 days; the estimate on the product page and at checkout is the one that applies to your order. Tracking is emailed when the package leaves.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. If tracking shows delivered and you cannot find it, tell us within 7 days and we will help, including a replacement or refund where the carrier confirms a problem.

Returns and refunds

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded without a return. The Returns page has the steps and the exceptions, and it is part of these terms.

Your account of things

There are no customer accounts. Order lookups use your email and order number; keep them private.

Our content

Text, photos and videos on this site belong to 0needs or its licensors. You may share links freely and use images to talk about a product you bought. Anything else needs written permission.

Limits on liability

We are responsible for delivering what you paid for and for refunds owed under these terms. To the extent the law allows, 0needs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before anything formal, email us; most problems are fixed in a day. Any claim that cannot be resolved goes to the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
