Returns
The short version
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded without sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email hello@0needs.com with your order number and what you are returning. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything before you hear from us.
Refund timing
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the item arriving back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Return shipping
You cover return shipping unless the return is our mistake. We recommend a tracked service.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund, your choice. No return needed.
What cannot be returned
Opened craft kits and consumables, used items, and anything marked final sale on its product page. Items that arrive back damaged because of poor packing may be refunded in part.
Cancelling an order
Email within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full. After that the order is usually packed, and the return steps above apply once it arrives.
